Frequency: 4x2 hr sessions - 1st and 2nd February

This is a Smoking Cessation Programme that will look at helping people set a realistic target to stop smoking and support them throughout their journey. This programme will look at a number of areas including Ash for Cash, Stress Management, Nutrition and Health.
Time: 10.30-11.30am

Our Running club runs in the evening twice a week (Tues-Thurs 6pm), due to the Covid restrictions that are in place at present the facilitator sends out a schedule at the start of each for the participants to follow and do in their own time. When the restrictions have been eased the group will commence outside in smaller groups ensuring social distancing is adhered too.

Our Bootcamp class runs in the evening twice a week ( Mon-Wed 6pm), giving individuals that work full time a chance to engage in an exercise class. At the minute we are doing our classes via zoom so that we can keep both our participants and the facilitators safe, due to the current restrictions. Our Bootcamp is geared for all levels from beginners to advanced.

Our Women’s fitness class runs twice a week (Tues-Thur 10am), geared towards females giving them the opportunity to exercise in a the comfort of their own home. Our online class gives individuals the opportunity to join a class they may not have had the confidence to attend in person.

This is an online Nutrition Programme which will last for 6 weeks. This programme will look at the importance of nutrition, food labels and helping you better understand nutritious food and cooking on a Budget.

This is an innovative on line programme which looks at personal development, nutrition and physical activity. This programme looks to give the participants better knowledge and encourage them to be more active.

Carers Collective Programme
This is a 6 week programme which offers carers across Northern Ireland weekly zoom sessions to help them take care of themselves and also activities to do with their loved ones.
The programme provides a resource pack to use at home. Please contact Sinead sinead@olt.ie if you require a tablet on loan.

Carers Collective Programme
This is a 6 week programme which offers carers across Northern Ireland weekly zoom sessions to help them take care of themselves and also activities to do with their loved ones.
